 Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices for court rentals, training sessions, and other services are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and valid.

Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

 Cancellations and Refunds

By the User:

  • You may cancel a booking up to [X hours/days] before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

By BasketCourt:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, facility maintenance, staff unavailability, or other reasons.

  • In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

 User Responsibilities

By using BasketCourt.net, you agree:

  • To comply with facility rules and staff instructions when attending sessions.

  • To wear proper sports attire and use equipment safely.

  • Not to engage in conduct that could endanger others or damage property.

We reserve the right to deny access to facilities or services to any person violating these rules.

 Liability

BasketCourt and its staff are not liable for:

  • Any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from misuse of facilities or non-compliance with safety guidelines.

  • Downtime, data loss, or errors resulting from internet or system failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Participants engage in physical activity at their own risk. Please consult a physician before participating in any training or exercise session.

 Intellectual Property

All content on BasketCourt.net—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the intellectual property of BasketCourt or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any material from this Website without our prior written consent.
