At BasketCourt, we strive to provide our users with flexible and transparent booking and payment policies. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers whenever possible. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for bookings made through our website BasketCourt.net.
All bookings for basketball court rentals, training sessions, or related services are subject to availability and confirmation. If you wish to cancel a booking, you may do so up to [X hours or days] before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as the reserved time and resources have already been allocated. In cases where BasketCourt must cancel or reschedule a booking—such as due to adverse weather conditions, facility maintenance, staff unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances—you will be offered the choice between a full refund or the option to reschedule your session at a later date. We always prioritize fairness and will communicate any cancellations as early as possible.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the approval of your refund request. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or failure to attend without prior notice. In special cases, such as medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or booking credit at our discretion.
